To update the home page hero content:
- Go to the "Hero Slides" tab above
- Delete the existing default slides
- Add your own hero slides with real content
- Changes will reflect immediately on the main website

How CV Uploads Work
Since Vercel doesn't support file uploads to the server, we've implemented an alternative solution:
- External Link Method: Applicants can upload their CV to Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar cloud storage and provide a public link
- Email Integration: Applications can be sent via email with CV attachments
- Third-party Services: Consider integrating with services like Typeform, JotForm, or Google Forms for file handling

The careers form allows applicants to:
- Provide a link to their CV/Resume hosted on cloud storage
- Include detailed information about their experience
- Submit contact information for follow-up

- Go to Google Cloud Console
- Create a new project or select an existing one
- Enable the YouTube Data API v3
- Create credentials (API Key)
- Restrict the API key to YouTube Data API v3 for security
- Copy the API key and paste it above
- Add YouTube channel URLs to your creators' social links
- Click "Refresh All Creator Data" to fetch subscriber counts
API Quota Information
YouTube Data API v3 has a default quota of 10,000 units per day. Each channel data request costs 1 unit, so you can fetch data for thousands of creators daily.

API Rate Limits
Twitch API allows 800 requests per minute with proper authentication. Each creator update uses 2 requests (user info + followers).

- Generate an API key with appropriate permissions:
- Read User Data: Required to get channel information
- Read Followers: Required to get follower counts
- Copy the API Key
- Paste it above and save
- Add Kick channel URLs to your creators' social links (format: https://kick.com/username)
- Click "Refresh All Creator Data" to fetch follower counts
API Rate Limits
Kick API has rate limits that vary by endpoint. The follower data endpoint typically allows several hundred requests per hour.
